Hostess Betty Dickert

Born and raised in Alabama and Northern Florida, Betty Dickert brings Southern Hospitality to your visit. Miss Betty is a gourmet chef, an interior decorator, an avid gardener, and certified fitness instructor.

Miss Betty has been a fitness advocate since 1965. She has taught  dance and step aerobics, resistance training, and movement & stretch classes at the neighborhood YMCA. Her classes were extremely popular and often attended by her guests.

Miss Betty retired from teaching recently in order to devote more time to her newest project, writing her memoirs in collaboration with Dr. Lauri Umansky, Dean of Humanities and Science at Arkansas State University.
